What to expect
This Working Safely certification is a one-day course supplying underpinning health and safety knowledge to all employees. An excellent workbook is supplied free of charge and is designed to assist learning making the whole experience informative and pleasurable
This qualification can be used to obtain a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
On the successful completion of this course delegates will achieve a IOSH Working Safely certification or/and a safety passport.
Addition costs may apply if both are required
Course Content
This learning course aims to ensure that delegates appreciate the importance of risk management and know how to make a difference to the health, safety and wellbeing of themselves and others by changing their behaviour.
The course is arranged into five easy to understand modules; using interactive learning that will include, question and answer sessions, quiz’s, board games and unique animation that is used throughout all of the course material.
These modules comprehensively cover basic topics relating to occupational health and safety and are entitled:
Module 1: Introducing working safely
Module 2: Defining hazard and risk
Module 3: Identifying common hazards
Module 4: Improving safety performance
Module 5: Protecting our environment
Assessment
At the end of the session the delegates will be required to complete a small assessment paper and a pictorial risk assessment problem finding sheet
They will be assisted in their education by our highly qualified IOSH lectures that will be available throughout their learning experience.
