What to expect

This on-site training enables any organisation to have their employees train as slinger and signaller in surroundings and equipment they are familiar with and an environment they understand.

This enables basic and familiarisation instruction to be conducted at the same time and if necessary in conjunction with crane operations. This specialised training can be adapted as part of a package deal that will greatly enhance the candidate’s knowledge of lifting, slinging and transporting of loads.

To assist candidates in their studies they will receive a safety lecture, instruction booklet and be able to view a DVD relating to slinging and signalling techniques; prior to be given operational instruction by highly experienced instructor/examiner with over 20 years’ experience.

All successful candidates will be awarded a certificate of competence, verifying their skill and ability. This certification is widely excepted throughout the building trade and can be used as evidence of training that will be recognised excepted by the H.S.E.
